James Oleen

I am the Founder of American Tenet.

Biography

James served in uniform with the United States Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom and worked at the United States Embassy in Iraq for eight consecutive years – his final two years supporting the Intelligence Community. He became a Fellow with the National Science Foundation and worked at the headquarters of the Department of Treasury and the Federal Aviation Administration before helping at the White House. He became an unmanned aerial system (UAS) and counter-UAS (cUAS) subject matter expert (SME) at Anduril Industries. In 2023, he assembled a team to cross the United States with a Group 2 UAS using FAA Part 107 rules. James was active in Afghan Evac operations and helped deliver telemedicine to Ukraine’s battlefield. Today, he is the Founder and CEO of American Tenet. James holds a summa cum lade Bachelor of Science in Aviation from the University of Maryland.
