This leaves patients underserved and creates a massive gap in accessible, reliable healthcare. Tú TeleDoc is addressing this gap by building a scalable telehealth infrastructure that delivers affordable, consistent care through multiple distribution channels.

We’ve secured official launch partnerships with Telcel/Claro (80M+ subscribers) and Tokapay (5M+ active wallet users and a growing B2B marketplace), giving us immediate scale and targeted, higher-margin access. We’ve incorporated in both the U.S. and Mexico as a SAPI, completed regulatory and compliance frameworks, and begun physician recruitment and onboarding. We’re actively accessing large doctor networks across Mexico, building a scalable supply base to meet demand from multiple channels. Our leadership team has also invested significant capital and in-kind contributions, underscoring confidence and alignment with investors.
