About TrueFixR

TrueFixR is a storm intelligence platform that matches reported severe weather events to specific property addresses using proximity and severity scoring. It uses authoritative NOAA and related public datasets to deliver address level storm history, daily lead updates, alerts, and shareable property reports nationwide. Over 140 million residential addresses are indexed across all 50 states. A proprietary haversine based matching system links storm reports to nearby properties so contractors can prioritize outreach and governments can get faster situational awareness.

Atlas United is the public sector division, producing FEMA aligned county climate reports using CMIP6 LOCA2 projections through 2100 for Hazard Mitigation Plans, FEMA grant applications such as BRIC and HMGP, and long range infrastructure planning. One data engine, two products: private sector subscriptions and public sector contracts.

Problem statement

After severe storms, contractors and local agencies struggle to quickly identify where reported storm activity was strongest and which neighborhoods are most likely worth action. Contractors waste days canvassing blindly, show up too late, or burn budget on untouched areas because most tools are too expensive, too broad, or too slow to be operational. TrueFixR solves this with affordable address level storm occurrence and proximity intelligence, daily updates, and professional reports that support faster field decisions.

On the public sector side, counties need defensible, repeatable climate risk documentation for FEMA grants, Hazard Mitigation Plan updates, and infrastructure planning, but traditional consultant assessments are slow, costly, and difficult to refresh year over year. Atlas United solves this by generating standardized, procurement friendly county climate reports from public datasets, with consistent formats, clear sourcing, and county specific outputs agencies can use to justify projects, support grant narratives, and move faster on planning and funding.

Updates

HitMap is the operational layer of TrueFixR. It takes authoritative storm reports (hail, wind, tornado, damage reports) and converts them into address level “who should I contact first” output. Behind the scenes it does storm normalization, geo matching, distance bucketing, and lead scoring so you are not staring at vague county wide polygons.

You pick a state and county, choose event types, and set a time window. HitMap renders the storm reports on the map and simultaneously pulls the matched properties that fall within the proximity radius. Each lead row includes the event timestamp, severity, distance to the reported storm point, exposure bucket, and a 0 to 100 priority score. The idea is simple: stop guessing neighborhoods and export a clean list of nearby properties tied to real storm occurrence data.

Built for speed: daily processing, cached leads, one click CSV exports, and filters that let you narrow to the highest intent addresses instead of mass canvassing.
