NowCuisine signs a recurring-revenue deployment contract with a $2B firm

A ~$2B firm approached us with a huge pain point they're having in providing healthy meals at reasonable cost Their leadership experienced our kiosk meals firsthand, tried our competitors, and chose our solution. We just signed a non-exclusive, recurring revenue contract with them.

The contract covers a pilot with 6-8 ZipKitchen™ kiosks in Q4 '26, then deploying up to 3 (possibly even 7) machines per month. Over the 1st year of deployment, we could see sizeable revenue from this contract alone. When combined with 3 similar enterprise wins, we expect >$4M TTM revenue with positive cash flow in ~2 years.
